Looking for effective ways to prepare for the PHR exam

I’m looking for ways that actually help me prepare for the PHR exam. I’m in the middle of studying right now, and I really want the most reliable resources and some sort of study routine that does work in real life, not the stuff that sounds good. While I was researching, I noticed the phrase pay someone to take my PHR exam and honestly, it kinda threw me off, like what parts are legit and what parts are scammy. I’ve been wondering, has anyone used structured courses, or practice tests, or even study groups that genuinely helped them? Also, if anyone has practical advice for passing on the first attempt, I’d really love to hear it. Like, what should I focus on first, and how did you review weak areas without burning out?
