To qualify as an advocate for every child you will have…
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PHD) in public health, health management, human resource management or related field
• 8 years’ experience in healthcare education and professional development, with a focus on CPD for healthcare workers
• In-depth understanding of adult learning principles
• Experience in developing guidelines, frameworks, and training curricula is required
• Familiarity with health systems in Tanzania mainland or Zanzibar is required
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

Diploma in ECD (for the ECD teacher) and a degree in education for the Math and Science teacher
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in the relevant subject area.
