Proven experience in sports coaching, program development, or a related area, with a track record of successfully managing sports programs for young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, staff, and other partners effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
A person who can adjust to our school’s various policies and procedures, including the willingness to work on weekends when necessary.

Requirements

LL.B from a recognized university (LL.M or PGD in Legal Practice is an advantage)
Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania
5–7+ years of relevant experience, including in-house counsel roles
Strong legal grounding in commercial, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
Experience in FMCG/manufacturing or sports/entertainment industries preferred
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills (English & Swahili)

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license class C with satisfactory good driving records
Certificate of Secondary education is a must.
At least 5 years of experience driving in and throughout Tanzania, and preferably in driving funded projects vehicles.

Certificate for Advanced VIP Drivers course Grade Two and Certificates for Motor Vehicle Mechanics grade 1-3 will be added advantage.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with OB vans, preferably with setups involving 10 or more cameras.

Hands-on experience with routing systems—video routers, audio mixers, and replay machines.

Proven expertise in broadcasting live sports, especially football and other major events.
