What We’re Looking For:

We are searching for a talented individual who meets the following criteria:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, including dough preparation and pastry decoration.
Confident in working independently and managing daily production schedules efficiently.
Capable of maintaining consistency, monitoring inventory, and ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are meticulously followed.

Main duties & responsibilities:

Producing large amounts of high-quality bread and elegant baked goods for our daily menus,
Monitoring the assignments of your staff;
Maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery; and
Inspecting workstations and equipment to ensure efficient service and compliance to standards.

At least a year of similar experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship;
Can understand and execute basic recipes; and
Can operate mixers and other large machinery.
