Required:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, or branding, preferably within an NGO or development context.
Proven ability to create written content for diverse audiences, including storytelling, media pieces, and promotional material.
Proven ability and experience capturing high-quality photographic and video content.

Required QualifiQualificaD

Diploma/Degree in Creative design, Graphic design or any related field
Two (2) years hands on experience preferably in the branding and printing industry
Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
Familiarity with printing software and applications.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate printing software and digital printing equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate printing machinery.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills and diverse design projects.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite –
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and typography.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling through design.

Main responsibilities.
1. Marketing & Branding: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape. Promote the Jubilee Life brand to ensure it is top of mind to intermediaries.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients within the pensions sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Business Growth and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve business development targets and revenue growth. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in insurance, Finance, Business, or any other related course
· Diploma / Certification in Insurance
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience
· Demonstrated experience in a leadership role.
