Professional Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, Kinesiology, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in gym, fitness, or sports facility management
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and multiple sports operations
Strong leadership, planning, and revenue growth experience

The ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:

1. Valid PSV driver’s licence with Code DG class
2. Minimum – G9 secondary school certificate
3. Three (3) traceable references from a person of authority (HR Manager,
Fleet Manager, General Manager, etc.) from immediate past employers.
4. A minimum of 5 years’ cross boarder driving experience – a must
5. Valid Passport with minimum of 6 pages
6. A police clearance certificate no older than four (4) weeks
7. A valid medical fitness certificate no older than 6 months.

Educational Requirements

Must have a Diploma in Physiotherapy or country equivalent.
Any fitness training and certification will be an added advantage.
Must be registered with the Health Professions Council of Zambia (HPCZ) and have a valid licence to practise.
