Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field required.
Professional training knowledge

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in HR General role

Skills, Experience & Education
The incumbent should have at least a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; Qualified artisan and a minimum of 3 years technical and leadership experience in a FMCG environment. Strong communication skills, good leadership qualities, good analytical and problem solving skills, and a demonstrated high level of integrity.

Education:
Advanced University degree in social sciences, statistics, development economics, performance management, monitoring and evaluation or other related fields, or First University degree with additional years of relevant work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in monitoring and evaluation activities.
Experience managing teams.
Experience in project management.
Experience working in the humanitarian / development sector, able to perform and deliver in a timely manner.
Experience using a variety of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools and methods.

Education:
Advanced University degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management or other related fields, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience:
5 years or more of postgraduate professional experience in a relevant field of work, specifically in supply chain management, with a background and interest in humanitarian development.
Provision of technical assistance to public and private sector partners.
Identification of transportation operation risks and maintaining documentation on emergency logistics preparedness.
Preparation and management of transport and project budgets.
Management of integrated air, sea, lakes, and land transport operations.
Successful demonstration of staff management capacity for large and complex operations.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor of Commerce degree, accounting option required.
National Board of Auditors and Accountants (NBAA) registration with at least intermediate level qualification is required.
Full professional qualification in CPA (T) /ACCA finalist is required
A Minimum of 5 years directly related specialized paid experience performing the essential duties is required.
Demonstrable experience in managing staff, and systems / process development experience.
Experience in the non-governmental sector is preferred.


Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, Sylogist, Coupa or similar accounting software.
Knowledge in fund and accrual accounting principles.

Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead client engagements and collaborate effectively across teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA, CPA) will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in relationship management

Qualification and Experience:
The applicant must have a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV) and a Class E or C driving license, with at least one year of driving experience without causing an accident. Must have attended basic vocational training (VETA) or another institution recognized by the government.

Degree in Journalism, Communication, or Film Production or at least ten years of demonstrable working experience.
Proven experience in content development, conceptualization, camera work, directing, editing, and post-production across various formats in East Africa.
Experience working with international NGOs, donor-funded programs, or media agencies.
Excellent communication skills in English, Kiswahili, and working proficiency in regional languages.
Experience in working with global and multicultural teams, tailoring messages for different audiences.
Ability to work independently in diverse environments and under tight deadlines.

Qualifications:

Certificate of Secondary Education
