Education:
Advanced University degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Management or other related fields, or First University degree with additional years of related work experience and/or training/courses.
Experience:
5 years or more of postgraduate professional experience in a relevant field of work, specifically in supply chain management, with a background and interest in humanitarian development.
Provision of technical assistance to public and private sector partners.
Identification of transportation operation risks and maintaining documentation on emergency logistics preparedness.
Preparation and management of transport and project budgets.
Management of integrated air, sea, lakes, and land transport operations.
Successful demonstration of staff management capacity for large and complex operations.
