Minimum qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital payments

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

Experience in international money transfers or financial services management

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, client services or account management role, preferably within the microfinance.
Strong understanding of local market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
Demonstrated success in launching new markets or products.
Leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in debt collection, with a track record of successfully delivered strategies, budgets, and projects. International experience would be an advantage
Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve performance targets
Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of debt collection activities

Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in a country or general management role, ideally in financial services, mobility, fintech, or other fast-paced industries
Strong financial acumen with a track record of delivering P&L results and driving profitable growth
Strategic mindset, ability to translate market insights into actionable commercial strategies
Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performance teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluency in English

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license class C with satisfactory good driving records
Certificate of Secondary education is a must.
At least 5 years of experience driving in and throughout Tanzania, and preferably in driving funded projects vehicles.
Experience driving manual, large sports utility vehicles or similar
Certificate for Advanced VIP Drivers course Grade Two and Certificates for Motor Vehicle Mechanics grade 1-3 will be added advantage.

The requirements

Bachelor’s degree in public health, Mass communication, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field. Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and implementing SBCC programs, preferably in health or development sectors.
Demonstrated experience in training and capacity-building activities.
Familiarity with HPV vaccination, cancer awareness, or broader immunization programs is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the Tanzanian media landscape and community structures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills in English and Kiswahili.
Willingness to travel to project regions as required
Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Power Point and other relevant applications
Good knowledge and understanding of gender and social inclusion issues
Good knowledge and understanding of child and community safeguarding issues

• 3-5 years of varied experience in Mobile Money on ground sales, 2years at a senior level.
• Extensive knowledge of Mobile Financial Services business and value chain and sound understanding of distribution models and route to market.
• Mobile money products penetration and on ground execution skills.
• Mobile Money commercial analysis skills.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences

You should have a degree in hotel management or accounting and at least one year previous experiences within a hotel environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and computer literacy is a must, while knowledge of Opera, Micros, FBM and SUN System an asset.
