Consultant Profile

– Diploma or Degree in General Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, or related field

– Minimum 3 years’ experience managing or consulting for mixed farming operations

– Strong understanding of livestock and citrus crop practices

– Excellent reporting and remote supervision skills

– Ability to travel periodically and work with minimal supervision.

Successful applicants will be self motivated, willing to learn and must hold a degree in a related subject. In addition to this, candidates must have obtained at least a lower distinction (2) in Mathematics and upper merit (3) in English at grade 12 as a minimum and should be computer literate. It will be requirement that any appointment made will be to a registered member of the Teaching Council of Zambia and must have applied for their teaching license.

Education & Professional Affiliation

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development or Organizational Psychology.
Membership and registration with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management with possession of the required practising certificate.

Required QualifiQualificaD

Diploma/Degree in Creative design, Graphic design or any related field
Two (2) years hands on experience preferably in the branding and printing industry
Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or similar role.
Familiarity with printing software and applications.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate printing software and digital printing equipment.
Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy materials, and operate printing machinery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales management, preferably in micro-finance, insurance, or FMCG.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve sales processes.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer focus.
Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Grade 12 certificate
Minimum qualification of Diploma in any Business related program with
1 year work experience in a Financial Institution.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS office package
Self-motivated and organized

Qualifications

Full grade 12 certificate, Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree will be an added advantage
Must be a paid-up member of Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management
3 to 5 years proven work experience in a similar role
Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically) and office equipment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, ICT, or a related field
Valid Teaching Council of Zambia (TCZ) registration and practicing license
Demonstrated experience teaching Business Studies and ICT, preferably at secondary level
Excellent communication, classroom management, and digital literacy skills
Administrative or managerial experience will be a distinct advantage

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12 School Certificate.
Certificate or higher in Automotive or Mechanical Repair (suspension systems experience a plus).
Proven ability to maintain and repair suspension systems.
Experience with hand and power tools.
Ability to diagnose and repair suspension faults.
Teamwork and collaboration skills.
