Key Responsibilities
Assess and process loan applications using credit scoring models and manual review techniques.
Conduct thorough credit analysis and risk assessments for new and existing clients.
Recommend appropriate credit limits and loan terms.
Monitor and manage loan portfolios, flagging and addressing any early warning signs of credit deterioration.
Collaborate with the collections team to ensure effective recovery strategies for delinquent accounts.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards in all credit operations.
Prepare credit reports and maintain accurate client records.
Support the development and refinement of credit policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, loan processing, or related roles, preferably within a fintech or financial services company.

The Technicians should be able specialised in;
1. Blow Moulder and injection Moulder Machinees
2. Filmatic filling line (Carbonated) machines
EXPERIENCE
Atleast two years working experience in a busy environment , must be physically fit and able to read and write. Computer skills will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Daily care and monitoring of poultry, including feeding, watering, and health checks.
2. Maintaining clean and safe living conditions for the birds.
3. Assisting with vaccination, medication, and other health-related tasks.
4. Monitoring and reporting any signs of illness or stress.
5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient farm operations.
6. Picking and packing of Eggs.
7. Housekeeping of the Poultry house and Surrounding area.

Requirements:
1. Relevant experience in poultry farming or animal care.
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
3. Physical stamina to work in a farm setting.
4. Basic knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity protocols.

Qualification: Certificate or Diploma in General Agriculture

Key Responsibilities

Co-create the country-specific HR Services plan to build HR functional excellence.
Develop and align policies, taking One Centre and local legislation requirements into consideration.
Develop and implement ways to ensure legislative and governance compliance, including HR audits.
Oversee the HR administration function and ensure accurate employee master data and management of information.
Provide coaching on how to use HR Systems and ensure data accuracy.
Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Financial Accounting, Human Resources Management, or related field.
Preferably 5-7 years of solid experience in HR services and rewards management.
Strong analytical and accounting skills with proven experience in budgeting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Accurately and efficiently enter financial data into accounting software (excel file) • Knowledge of Local tax laws, codes, and regulations.
Functions:

Monthly Scanning of finance documents
Assist with bank reconciliations on a regular basis.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records, both physical and electronic Assists with provision of requested documentations during the Project Audits Sessions.

THE ROLE
• Monitoring and supervising the daily collection of delinquent accounts.
• Supervise the work of debt collectors and auctioneers to optimize performance and maximize results.
• Take over assets deemed non-performing or impaired or risk of becoming non-performing or impaired from Portfolio Officers in a structured and documented fashion.
THE CANDIDATE
Academic:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Law, Business Administration, Banking, or related field; master’s degree is an added advantage.
• Analyze non-performing and impaired or potentially non-performing and impaired transactions.
This includes financial and legal due diligence analysis.
