Job Description: As a MWANDISHI MWENDESHA OFISI DARAJA LA II, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, office management, and clerical duties that contribute to the efficient functioning of the council’s operations.

Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s required in agriculture, development aid, data for international development, or related fields.
6+ years of experience in project implementation, technology development, or data for international development, preferably with governments and NGOs.
Experience in agriculture, fertilizer, or agronomy with established networks.
Fluency in English; proven track record in client relations and data analysis.
Ability to live and work legally in Tanzania.
Nice-to-have: Strong project implementation, presentation, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams; familiarity with data tools and nonprofit environments.

Qualifications
Applicants for this position should be Tanzanian nationals or lawful residents who possess the following minimum qualifications in Education & Experience:
Advanced degree in Data Science, Public Health, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience implementing and managing supply chain information systems (e.g., eLMIS, ERP, WMS, Product Catalogue Management tools) in public health contexts, particularly in Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
Proven expertise in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise retail shops within your cluster
Planning and coordination of all sales activities to meet monthly target.
Monitoring team performance and report.
Monthly Monitoring and auditing of products and stock levels.
Cross-check shops account to ensure timely deposit of sales cash.
Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issue or conflict.
Follow up on the payment by customers on their credit purchases (Defaulters)
Prepare a monthly sales report and submit to the Sales Manager
Supervise and ensure proper use and management of company’s assets in the district.

Job requirement
