University Degree preferably in Business Administration or Public Relations
3 years’ experience in identical/similar position
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili
Advance computer knowledge (Excel, power point) Power BI knowledge will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting and Documentation– Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and statements
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Report any variances or irregularities
Making follow up on financial invoices, payments, and receipts
Maintain records of purchases and assist in procurement processes.
Provide support in analyzing financial data to assist decision-making.
Support the finance team with clerical and administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence related to financial matters.
Any other duties as directed by the Accounting Manager

Manage daily kitchen operations at both locations.
Create high-quality, innovative menus.
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
Lead and train kitchen staff.
Control costs while maintaining premium quality.
Incorporate sustainable, locally sourced ingredients.
Eligibility Requirements:

5+ years as an Executive or Head Chef, ideally in luxury hospitality.
Culinary degree or formal training in international cuisine.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.
Experience in East Africa or remote luxury settings is a plus.
Ability to work in a multicultural, remote environment.

Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Background: Associate degree or higher in Road and Bridge Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Materials, or related fields.
Technical Competencies:
Familiarity with railway or highway engineering testing procedures.
Proficiency in engineering software for data analysis.
Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of testing experience in international or large-scale infrastructure projects, preferably railways.
Certifications: Preference for candidates with internationally recognized testing certifications (e.g., material inspection, test engineer certification) and knowledge of Tanzanian and AREMA standards.
Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese or Swahili preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Technology or related fields.
Master’s degree in Technology, Business or related fields will be an added advantage.
Certification in Project Management, Digital transformations or design will be advantageous
5 years’ experience in multinational and agile working cultures, with relevant digital academy experience.
