REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
ITILv3 or ITILv4 certification is an added advantage.
2 years experience supporting a company multinational staff.

INVITATION FOR TENDERS
Heart to Heart Foundation (HtHF) is a South Korea-based NGO established in 1988 to bring a beautiful society by supporting both domestic and international children and their families affected by poverty, disease, and disability. It has operated in Tanzania since 2009 and was officially registered in 2011 (No. 00NGO/00004737). HtHF is currently implementing a three-year (2024–2026) WASH project under the National Sanitation Campaign titled “Community-Based Comprehensive WASH.”
As part of its WASH project, Heart to Heart Foundation (HtHF) has allocated funds for a geophysical survey, drilling of boreholes, and installation of submersible/solar water pumps at five health centres in Mtama District Council—Simana, Hingawali, Mtegu, Mbawala, and Litipu.

Required qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role (Security Foreman, Senior Guard, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and safety procedures.
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, and other security technologies.
Report writing, investigative skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle conflicts calmly and professionally
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, digital reporting tools, etc.)
Physical fitness and capability and capable of performing patrols and inspections, and working 25% of time on night shift.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
