Minimum Requirements (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

Proficient knowledge of computing tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of International Accounting Standards and principles.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field in Information Systems/ Business Management/ Marketing/ Marketing Statistics, /Accounting & Finance or equivalent
Human Centered Design certification will be an added advantage
3 years of experience in product design/ product development or Innovation department
Experience in product development/research and or innovation team in finance/banking/telecom industry will be an added advantage

Education: Advanced University degree in Transport Economics, Supply Chain, Shipping, Logistics, or other relevant fields.

Desired experiences for entry into the role:

At least five (5) years of relevant postgraduate professional-level work experience in shipping, port operations, and/or related fields.
Experience in managing complex logistics operations, including knowledge of transport and logistics contracting and executions, port operations, commodity accounting, and warehouse management.
Professional level experience specifically in Port and International Shipping Operations.

Minimum Educational Qualification:
· Essential diploma in mechanics or related studies
Experience:

· Demonstrable mechanical experience. (Minimum 2 years experience).
Knowledge:
· Essential valid driving license for vehicles.

Education:

Minimum CPA / CIMA /ACCA
Minimum 4-year degree in Finance or Business
Master’s degree in Finance an added advantage
Experience:

5+ years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance operations with at least 3 years in Telecom industry;
3–4 years in a managerial role, with a proven track record of driving financial success;
Experience in wholesale, infrastructure, or B2B telecommunications is an added advantage.

Qualifications, experience and competencies

University degree in development studies, social work, project Management, education, or any other social-economic development related qualification.
Post-graduate degree will be an added advantage.
Candidates must have at least five years working experience in managing developmental programs
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experienced in resource mobilization and fundraising
People management skills and ability to drive the team to achieve set objectives with minimal supervision
Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment

Qualifications and Experience:

A Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) or related field from a recognized institution.
A minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in a reputable academic or research library, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.
Proficiency in library automation systems and digital resource management.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Membership in a recognized professional library association is an added advantage.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bachelor of Commerce and Accounting or Finance, Business Management/ Administration or related degree, Certified Public Accountant (CPA T) with a Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience

Offer

A 1-year full-time contract based at TCO Arusha with occasional travel to FZS project sites. Candidates should be considering a longer-term commitment.
