Education and/or Experience
Master’s degree in business administration or any other finance-related area required.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CA are an added advantage.
At least 5 years’ work experience as a Finance and Administration Manager or related senior role.

Essential Criteria:

Educated to university degree level or above, or with commensurate experience
Extensive experience in managing complex interventions, with experience doing so in Tanzania
Experience leading the delivery on FCDO-funded projects preferred
Strong expertise in building and managing programmatic relationships with high-level stakeholders from private sector, government, civil society, donors and multilateral initiatives
Strong expertise in leading complex programmes, including managing and mentoring senior members of staff
Strong experience in managing complex teams

Bachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be a Tanzanian
Form IV Certificate as a minimum requirement
Must have under gone through JKT or Militia training preferred
Excellent observational and communication skills
Ability to remain calm or alert in stressful situations
Good knowledge of security practices not less than 1-2 years of experience in a similar function.
Self-disciplined
Must be a resident of Dar es salaam

Requirements:

ACCA Qualification with 4year post qualification experience
Degree in business management, a master’s in business administration is a plus. • 5 years related experience with at least 3 years at senior level in Finance
Good knowledge of different business functions.
Have a similar background in finance from the Oil and gas sector, manufacturing industry and or sales and marketing organization will be considered as an added advantage

Qualifications:

Essential qualifications:
Fully-registered nurse practitioner or clinical officer (CO) with an up-to-date license to practice in Tanzania.
At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in hospitals or clinics.
Experience of working within a research setting.

Required skills, knowledge, and experience:

Strong technical foundation in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V, cloud computing, IP networking, and storage.
Must be well-versed in Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Configuration Manager, and Intune, and have a solid understanding of Windows Server technologies including Active Directory, user account management, NAS/SAN drives, antivirus, encryption, and troubleshooting.
Must have hands-on experience in programme management and migration planning for medium-scale software deployments.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and skilled at managing your time effectively while balancing multiple priorities.
A fair standard of communication and presentation skills in English, both oral and written, is essential. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to build effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels and with external partners.
