Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in public health, Public Administration, Project Management or a related field.
At least 5 years of progressive experience in management support, program coordination or project management in a donor-funded health program, preferably with USAID/PEPFAR.
Proven experience in partnership management and high-level stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational workflows and cross-functional communication.
Strong documentation and writing skills, including reporting and technical writing.
Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluency in English and Kiswahili, both written and spoken.

Required Qualifications
Experience working in donor projects activities.
Ability to communicate effectively in Kiswahili and English.
Field oriented and comfortable working with multi-disciplinary teams, able to contribute to teamwork and interact with staff at all levels including government officials.
Strong change management, results oriented and decision making skills.
Demonstrated self-management (i.e. motivation, dealing with pressure, adaptability, diplomacy).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (email, Internet, Word).
Willingness to live in Iringa, Morogoro, or Njombe.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% time .

Qualifications:

Medical degree or Diploma in Clinical Medicineis mandatory.
Certificate Diploma or Degree any field of insurance will be added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experiencein medical claims vetting or healthcare insurance in Tanzania.
Registered with Medical council of Tanganyika.
Strong understanding of Tanzanian healthcare system, NHIF processes, and private insurance operations.
Familiarity with hospital billing systems, electronic health records, and online claims platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Security, Informatics or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
i.To assist readers at the reader’s advisory desk;
ii.To register new library members and conduct regular checks;
iii. To issue and receive books and periodicals to readers;
iv. To handle inquiries from readers;
v.To administer Library records;
vi.To administer reference and reader services;
vii.To assist readers in bibliographic searching
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Bachelor Degree in one of the following fields; Library and Information Studies, Library Studies, Library and Information Science, Information Studies, Documentation and Information Management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Master Degree in any of the following fields: Urban and Regional Planning, Rural Development Planning, or Natural Resource Management, from any recognized higher learning institution that attained a minimum of an upper second class at Bachelor level.

Holder of Diploma in one of the following fields: Geomatics, Geographical Information System, Urban Reginal Planning, Urban Rural Planning, Infrastructure planning or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of Diploma/FTC in one of the following fields: – Water Resources Engineering, Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering from a recognized institution. Must be registered as Engineering Technician Level II with Engineers Registration Board of Tanzania.
