Knowledge and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master’s degree and/or professional HR certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR and administration experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Experience working in multi-sectoral or group structures is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results across diverse teams and business units.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
