Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
Qualifications and experience
1-2+ years of experience will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in retail banking, consumer lending, or financial services.
Strong knowledge of credit products, loan application processes, and credit risk evaluations.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and decision-making ability.
