A construction engineer, architect, civil engineer, or project manager with at least three years of relevant experience in design and/or construction management.
Excellent English language skills.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Familiarity with the programming and scheduling of building projects.
Relevant qualifications to suit the role.
At least 3 years of assistant package management in a construction project management setting, preferably in educational facilities.
Proven records in delivering civil works or finishing work packages from inception to operation.
