REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and ATTRIBUTES:

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
A minimum of level two of ACCA or CPA is desirable.
At least 5 years’ experience working with an international NGO in a similar position.
An in-depth understanding of, or proficiency in, a recognized accounting package.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, including at least Word and Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent attention to detail and thoroughness.
