PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of payment vouchers and statutory deductions.
Filing of financial and other documents on weekly basis.
Monitoring invoices issued to donors and funds received on weekly basis.
Posting of imprest retirements received from various projects.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential criteria for selection
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (accounting, finance, business administration) and/or a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
Experience working in research and government organisations.
Experience in managing grants from international donors such as the EU, NIH, UKRI, NIHR, MRC, USAID, etc.
