Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
Registered/Certified by the Architects and Quantity Surveyors Registration Board.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management.
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D Studio etc.).
Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and sustainability principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Key Skills and Competencies
Planning and organizing, which includes prioritizing work tasks to meet strict deadlines.
