Requirements.

Degree in Agriculture, Environment, Natural Sciences, or any other related qualification.
At least 6 to 8 years’ experience in tobacco growing and production.
Quick ability to analyze and solve related problems as and when they arise.
Ability to make accurate decisions.
Team leadership, possession of great interpersonal skills and result orientated.
Computer literacy and ability to manage and control the budgets.
