Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in tobacco or commercial crop production.
Good understanding of tobacco agronomy, crop cycles, and field operations.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with rural communities.
Ability to work independently and travel regularly to rural areas.
Familiar with basic computer applications and data entry (MS Office or mobile data tools).
Valid driver’s or motorcycle license (as required for field mobility).
