Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Technology, or related fields.
7+ years’ experience in mobile money, fintech, or related industries with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
MBA is an added advantage.
Core Responsibilities:

Design and execute a comprehensive growth roadmap for the merchant payments business, ensuring revenue targets align with budget goals and financial forecasts.
Develop and deploy scalable strategies and relevant partnerships to acquire new merchants across diverse market segments, industries, and geographies.
