Job Description:

Personnel File Management – Maintain complete and up-to-date hard and soft personnel records in the HR system.
Training Needs & Planning – Conduct training needs assessments and develop annual training programs aligned with company goals.
Training Execution – Prepare training budgets, source consultants, process training requests/payments, and implement training calendars.
Employee Relations – Manage employee relations cases, handle complaints, and ensure timely and documented resolutions.
Communication & Grievance Handling – Communicate HR issues effectively, liaise with supervisors, and address grievances calmly and fairly.
Qualification & Experience Required:
Bachelors in HR, or related field.
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools.
