Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven HR generalist experience.
Solid knowledge of Zambian labour laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must be adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently.
Must be ready to start immediately.
