QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality / marketing/ sociology/ industrial psychology / humanities.
Background working in a customer service, retail or recruitment environment in a university setting is highly desirable.
Previous admissions experience is an added advantage.
