Proven experience in Handling Employee Relations Matters.
Must have in-depth knowledge of Labor Laws and Legal Practices.
Excellent skills on Stakeholders Management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen.
Ability to build rapport with employees, management and key stakeholders.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in law or Related fields.
