Person Specification We are looking for an outstanding and enthusiastic candidate who has experience working in a junior support role within an in-house or private practice legal environment, ideally across a pan African portfolio. Above all, we are looking for individuals with high levels of enthusiasm, resilience, adaptability and a can-do attitude. Entry level legal qualification, education, or equivalent experience Ability to recognise legal and regulatory risks and implement risk management strategies Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skills Ability to be able to understand complex corporate structures Ability to be able to work independently and manage time effectively in a deadline-driven environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Business fluency in English.
