Minimum Requirements University degree in the areas of Social Science, Rural Development, Gender Studies or related areas; • At least 5 years of experience in the management of programmes, projects and initiatives of agricultural development, rural development and/or territorial economic development, related to the promotion and inclusion of gender equality and women’s empowerment; • Working knowledge of English and Swahili languages; • National of Tanzania.
