Previous experience working in a residential treatment or recovery setting or similar environment.

Strong understanding of SUD recovery principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
