Qualifications:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field preferred.
