Responsibilities
Core duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Keep the project M&E system updated, including the log frame, indicators and guidelines and tools for efficient data collection and analysis with the guidance of WeForest.
Assist and train other project staff in understating M&E guidelines, protocols and tools.
Required Qualifications
Advance Diploma or degree in the natural sciences, natural resource management, forestry, research methods, remote sensing or related field
A minimum of 2 years’ M&E experience working in relevant sector with smallholder farmers in Tanzania
Experience in developing logical frameworks (log frames), work plans, SMART indicators, milestones and targets
