Duties and Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership through our safety, promoting the correct safety culture within the department and wider operation.
Manage a team of geologists and technicians on daily geological activities.
Implement and manage grade control programs to optimize ore recovery and minimize dilution
Deliver effective technical evaluations for optimal ore extraction and waste segregation.
Drive ongoing development of mine geological models and interpretations to enable efficient recovery of the orebody
Prepare and deliver accurate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly geological reports.
