Qualification and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Irrigation Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of irrigation scheduling, climate control systems and crop production processes.
Over 5 years of work experience in a similar role and in a green house setting.
Proven ability to supervise and guide teams effectively, ensuring high-quality performance.
Hands on experience with soil, water and substrate sampling and analysis.
