Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in transport, logistics, operations, or a similar field.
Experience managing teams and coordinating field staff.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with fleet management, scheduling, and revenue tracking.
Ability to lead change and implement systems from the ground up.
Diploma or degree in Business, Logistics, Transport Management, or related field is an advantage.
