Typical Job Duties:

Ensure clean working environment.
Ensure worker safety at work premises. Make sure the proper safety equipment is worn by you and your team including welding masks and helmets.
Report any case of injuries to the Country Manager and HR office.
Fabricate, install, commission and repair fixed/movable machinery at the plant.
Operate seed processing machines to process and package seeds efficiently while adhering to safety guidelines and quality standards.
Set up machines to process specific seed varieties as they are scheduled, ensuring accurate adjustments for each batch.
Maintain detailed records of materials used during production, machine settings, processing times, and other relevant data. Accurate record-keeping is essential for quality control and traceability.
Ensure high quality of workmanship in all work done.
Label all machinery.
