Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or financial management, preferably within the fuel or retail sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple locations simultaneously.
Familiarity with fuel station operations is a strong advantage.
