KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budget management.
Ensure compliance with ZICA standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory: Active membership with ZICA.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Pastel) and advanced Excel skills.
