Required Qualifications

Proven experience in team leadership and departmental management
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
Solid background in content development and editorial quality assurance
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience in media, journalism, or a related industry is highly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
