QUALIFICATIONS Master’s degree or higher in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in strategic information, data analytics, or monitoring and evaluation, with a significant focus on public health supply chains and/or pharmaceutical management. Demonstrated expertise in data analysis tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SQL, Tableau, STATA, Power BI, DHIS2, ERP systems).
