We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Tanzanian teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Academic Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited university within East Africa, with a strong academic track record.
Teaching Experience: A minimum of four (4) years of successful secondary school teaching experience in high-performing schools, with a proven record of excellence.
Leadership Experience: At least four (4) years of academic leadership experience in a secondary school setting, preferably from top-tier schools within East Africa.
Curriculum Delivery: Demonstrates strong ability to effectively deliver the NECTA curriculum using modern, learner-cantered teaching methods and strategies that support competency-based learning and assessments.
