2.3.1 Role and Responsibilities
Administrative Assistant: To support Finance Officer in day-to-day administration work including handling petty cash book and expenses.
Driver: To drive Organization’s Car and manage all the organization’s motor vehicle.
Project Assistant: Support logistical support for project activities and coordination.
2.3.2 Qualifications
Minimum of secondary school education.
Valid driving license and proven driving experience.
Basic computer skills (e.g., MS Word, Excel, email).
Good communication skills in both English and Swahili.
Experience in office administration and logistics is an advantage.
