2.1.1 Role and Responsibilities

Programme Coordination: To ensure the effective coordination of all local partners involved in the CADiR Project, ensuring alignment with project objectives, workplans, and the overall results framework.
Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E): To lead the Monitoring and Evaluation efforts, ensuring progress towards achieving the project’s goals and outcomes.
2.1.2 Qualifications

A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science, Development Studies, Human work, social sciences, law, project management, or another relevant field.
A minimum of 6 years of work experience in the community work and development sector, with demonstrated expertise in project management and partner coordination.
Proven experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) in donor funded projects.
