Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage portfolio performance, ensuring high collection efficiency and customer retention.
Drive revenue growth through portfolio expansion, cost management, and favorable third-party negotiations
Review and enforce policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance targets
Oversee insurance claims and ensure all collaterals are properly tracked and documented.
Prepare accurate performance reports and ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards.
Job Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Statistics/Business Administration
At least 3 years working experience
