Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all workshop activities, including machinery and vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Ensure timely procurement and proper storage of workshop materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent wastage or misuse.
Prepare and manage the workshop budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related technical field.
5+ years of hands-on experience in workshop management, maintenance, or mechanical operations—preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
