Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify reliable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (CIPS certification is a plus).
5–7 years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong negotiation, communication, and contract management skills.
Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
