Responsibilities :
Advise clients on best travel options (routes, prices, and schedules) based on their needs
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and individual travel clients
Ensure all bookings comply with IATA regulations and company policies
Maintain updated knowledge of airline policies, fare rules, and industry trends
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or issues promptly
Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-up, and accurate documentation
Collaborate with team members to meet monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
Offer support outside regular working hours when needed (flexibility required)
Required profile for job ad : Travel Consultant - Nairobi
3–5 years of experience in a similar travel or ticketing consultant role
Certified knowledge of IATA standards and ticketing procedures
Proficient in Amadeus GDS (must be able to work independently on the platform)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
